Terms of Service

By creating an account or using My Agent Fleet (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your organization's members, and all activity under them, including agents you deploy publicly and API keys you issue.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or abuse, or generate harmful, deceptive, or unsafe content. You are responsible for the outputs of agents you configure and deploy.

Plans, billing & usage

Paid plans include a monthly message allowance. Usage beyond the allowance is billed at provider cost plus a metering margin. Charges are billed in advance for each period and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with notice.

AI outputs

Model outputs may be inaccurate. You must review outputs before relying on them, especially for professional, financial, medical, or legal decisions. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.

Termination

You may cancel anytime; your plan remains active through the paid period. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.
