Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the Service.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), organization data, the agents and content you create, conversations processed by your agents, contacts your public deployments capture, and usage/billing metadata. Mobile-money and card details are handled by our payment processors (WaafiPay, eDahab, and card providers), not stored by us.
How we use it
To operate the Service, route model requests, meter usage, provide support, and secure the platform. We do not sell your data. Agent conversations are processed by third-party model providers (via OpenRouter) solely to generate responses.
Data isolation
Organization data is isolated by row-level security. Deployment conversations and captured contacts belong to the organization that owns the agent.
Retention & deletion
You can delete memories, sessions, agents, and organizations; deletions cascade. Organizations may set automated retention. You can export your conversation data at any time.
Security
Provider keys live server-side only. API keys are stored hashed. Public endpoints are rate-limited and budget-capped.
