We want you to be happy with My Agent Fleet. This policy explains when refunds apply.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a free tier so you can evaluate the Service before paying. No card is required to start.
Monthly plans
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of a charge for a full refund of that month, provided consumed usage is within the plan's included allowance. You keep access through the paid period after cancelling.
Overage & consumed usage
Usage billed beyond the included allowance reflects real third-party model costs and is non-refundable.
How to request
Email support@myagentfleet.com from your account email with your organization name. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via the original processor.
